US Stock Indices Open Lower

New York, October 14 (QNA) - Major stock indices on Wall Street opened lower Tuesday, amid renewed trade tensions between the United States and China.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 195.7 points, or 0.42 percent, to 45,871.89.
The Standard & Poor's 500 index fell 52.2 points, or 0.78 percent, to 6,602.49.
The Nasdaq Composite Index fell 306.6 points, or 1.35 percent, to 22,388.049. (QNA)
