Qatar Showcases AI-Driven Investor Services at Global Summit

Doha, December 10 (QNA) - Qatar's Ministry of Commerce and Industry unveiled three new AI projects aimed at improving services for investors and entrepreneurs during the World Summit AI Qatar 2025.

In a statement, the ministry said the first project, the Qatar Business Map, is an intelligent platform that uses advanced analytics to support decision-makers and individuals planning to launch new ventures. The portal allows users to analyse commercial activities and compare their market presence in Qatar, offering clear insights before establishing a business. Its AI engine also provides recommendations based on official data and detailed analyses.

The second innovation, Saif, is an AI-powered smart chatbot designed to respond instantly to public enquiries related to commercial activities, trade names and regulatory procedures. It also enables users to file complaints electronically in a simple and direct manner.

The ministry also showcased a third project — an AI chatbot integrated with Qatar's Single Window platform — which assists investors throughout the entire process of establishing a company. It recommends suitable business activities based on market criteria and approved regulations, and helps users select compliant trade names.

Ministry representatives said the initiatives reflect Qatar's broader push to employ AI technologies to improve government service efficiency, enhance the user experience and accelerate commercial and industrial procedures, thereby strengthening productivity and the national business environment.

The ministry concluded its participation by reaffirming its commitment to expanding digital innovation and developing existing services in support of Qatar's economic growth, digital transformation and innovation agenda. (QNA)
