QSE Index Rises by 11.18 Points at Start of Trading

Doha, March 25 (QNA) - The general index of Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) rose by 11.18 points, or 0.11%, at the start of trading on Tuesday, reaching 10,196 points, compared to last close.

QSE index was supported by gains in Banks and Financial Services (+0.36%), and Real Estate (+0.26%).

On the other hand, declines were recorded in Industrials (-0.08%), Transportation (-0.16%), Consumer Goods and Services (-0.22%), and Telecoms (-0.49%), and Insurance (-1.00%).

By 10:00 am, a total of 23.013 million shares were traded in 1,577 transactions, valued at QR 42.399 million. (QNA)
