QSE Index Falls 0.33% at Beginning of Trading
Doha, March 13 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index lost 34.06 points, 0.33%, at the beginning of Thursday's trading, falling to 10,403 points, compared to the closing of the last session.
Qatar Stock Exchange data showed a negative performance for the Telecom sector by 0.75%, the Transportation sector by 0.66%, the Real Estate sector by 0.35%, the Banking and Financial Services sector by 0.23% and the Insurance sector by 0.03%. Meanwhile, the Industrial sector's performance remained stable at 0.00%, while the Consumer Goods and Services sector had a positive performance of 0.04%.
At around 10:00 AM, Qatar Stock Exchange recorded 1,312 transactions worth QR 30.916 million, distributed among 18.272 million shares. (QNA)
