QSE Index Drops by 17.01 Points at Beginning of Trading

Doha, March 23 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index lost 17.01 points, declining 0.16%, at the beginning of Sunday's trading, to 10,326 points, compared to the closing of the last session.

Qatar Stock Exchange data showed a negative performance for the Telecom sector by 0.01%, and Insurance by 0.46%. On the other hand, the performance was positive for Transportation by 0.95%, Industrials by 0.28%, Consumer Goods and Services by 0.20%, Real Estate by 0.10%, and Banking and Financial Services by 0.09%.

At around 10:00 AM, Qatar Stock Exchange recorded 1,502 transactions worth QR 31.433 million, distributed among 17.292 million shares. (QNA)
