QSE Index Drops 0.35% at Start of Trading
Doha, February 24 (QNA) - The general index of Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) dropped by 37.67 points, or 0.35%, at the start of trading on Monday, falling to 10,603 points from the previous close.
QSE index recorded gains in Insurance (+0.58%), Industrials (+0.12%), Real Estate (+0.04%), and Consumer Goods and Services (+0.04%). Transportation remained flat, while Telecoms declined by 0.17%.
By 10:00 am, a total of 35.758 million shares had been traded in 2,304 transactions, valued at QR 62.416 million. (QNA)
