QSE Index Declines 48.38 Points at Start of Trading
Doha, March 04 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index dropped by 48.38 points, or 0.46%, at the start of trading on Tuesday, falling to 10,415 points from the previous close.
QSE index recorded declines in Telecoms by 0.69%; Transportation by 0.53%; Industrials by 0.52%; Banks and Financial Services by 0.39%; Real Estate by 0.14%; and Consumer Goods and Services by 0.08%. However, Insurance rose by 0.27%.
By 10:00 am, a total of 17.767 million shares had been traded in 1,420 transactions, valued at QR 35.428 million. (QNA)
