QSE Index Declines 39.82 Points at Start of Trading
Doha, March 06 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index dropped by 39.82 points, or 0.38%, at the start of trading on Thursday, falling to 10,452 points from the previous close.
QSE index recorded declines in Banks and Financial Services by 0.49%; Industrials by 0.41%; Insurance by 0.37%; Consumer Goods and Services by 0.02%; and Transportation by 0.01%. Meanwhile, Real Estate rose by 0.34%.
By 10:00 am, a total of 19.726 million shares had been traded in 1,493 transactions, valued at QR 45.056 million. (QNA)
