QSE Index Closes Lower

Doha, March 05 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index closed Wednesday's trading down by 46.51 points, or 0.44%, ending at 10,437.96 points.

During the session, 147,937,626 shares, valued at QR 421,383,649.433, were traded in 14,844 transactions across all sectors.

Shares of 12 companies rose, while 33 companies saw a decline in their share prices, and 7 companies maintained their previous closing prices.

Market capitalization at the end of the trading session amounted to QR 609,081,905,078.400, compared to QR 613,020,125,456.380 in the previous session. (QNA)
