QSE Index Closes 104.39 points Higher

Doha, August 05 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index closed Tuesday's trading higher by 104.39 points, or 0.93 percent, to close at 11,284.11 points.

During the session, 235,070,760 shares, valued at QR 488,787,448.355, were traded in 23,601 transactions across all sectors.

The session saw the shares of 36 companies rise, while 12 companies' shares declined, and 4 companies maintained their previous closing prices.

Market capitalization at the end of the trading session amounted to QR 670,997,095,854.350, compared to QR 664,488,558,780.015 in the previous session. (QNA)
