QSE Index Closes 0.65 Percent Higher

Doha, May 19 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index on Monday closed at 10,710.09 points, 69.38 up from the previous close.

This 0.65-percent increase was observed across 32,431 transactions across all sectors, with 292,088,171 shares traded at QR 732,048,177.826.

Shares of 33 companies rose, while those of 14 others declined, and five companies maintained their previous closing.

Market capitalization at the end of trading was QR 633,258,998,300.716 versus QR 628,034,685,494.121 in the previous session. (QNA)
