QSE Index Closes 0.21 Percent Lower

Doha, March 06 (QNA) - Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed Thursday's trading session down by 21.72 points, or 0.21 percent, finishing at 10514.11 points.

During the session, 150,893,997 shares were traded, with a total value of QAR 417,982,769.945, resulting from 17591 transactions across all sectors.

The shares of 25 companies rose, while the shares of 24 others declined, with three companies maintaining their previous closing prices.

At the end of the trading session, the market capitalization stood at QAR 616,072,168,967.600 compared to QAR 614,990,714,555.540 in the previous session. (QNA)
