Qatar Stock Index Closes Higher

Doha, October 05 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange index closed higher on Sunday, rising by 52.64 points, or 0.48 percent, to reach 10,915.73 points.
During the session, a total of 109,402,773 shares were traded, with a value of QR 230,247,808.11, across 11,859 transactions in all sectors.
Shares of 27 companies rose during the session, while 19 companies saw their stocks decline. Seven companies maintained their previous closing prices.
At the end of the trading session, the market capitalization stood at QR 654,195,702,796.735, compared to QR 650,588,683,930.324 in the previous session. (QNA)
