Qatar Stock Exchange Closes Lower

Doha, September 24 (QNA) - The Qatar Stock Exchange closed lower on Wednesday, down by 96.38 points, or 0.86 percent, ending the session at 11,078.50 points.

A total of 217,051,942 shares were traded during the session, with a turnover of QR 572,049,802.838 across 24,303 transactions spanning all sectors.

Shares of 10 companies advanced, while 38 declined. Four companies maintained their previous closing prices.

Market capitalization stood at QR 664,323,438,032.416 at the end of the session, down from QR 669,045,734,246.060 recorded the previous day. (QNA)
