Qatar and Russia Explore Deeper Trade and Investment Ties

Doha, November 30 (QNA) - HE Minister of Commerce and Industry Sheikh Faisal bin Thani bin Faisal Al-Thani has held talks in Doha with HE Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Reshetnikov, who is visiting the country for economic consultations.
The meeting focused on expanding cooperation in trade, investment and industry, with both sides reviewing priority sectors and opportunities to strengthen bilateral partnerships.
Qatar highlighted the economic policies it has adopted in recent years to bolster the private sector, including legislative reforms, incentives for investors and a growing portfolio of promising opportunities across its markets.
The talks come as Doha continues to position itself as an increasingly attractive destination for international investment, while Moscow seeks to deepen economic ties with Gulf partners amid shifting global trade dynamics. (QNA)
