Ooredoo Announces Date to Pay Interest to Bondholders
Doha, March 23 (QNA) - Ooredoo announced Sunday that Ooredoo International Finance Limited (OIFL), its wholly-owned subsidiary, will pay its Global Medium Term Note (GMTN) holders' interest payment on April 8,10, and 21.
In an announcement posted on the Qatar Stock Exchange website on Sunday, the company said that the OIFL will pay Noteholders of Guaranteed Notes USD 13,125,000.00 on the Interest Payment Date falling due on April 8, 2025.
The announcement added that the OIFL will pay an interest rate of 2.625 percent to Noteholders of the USD one billion Guaranteed Notes due on April 8, 2031.
OIFL will also pay Noteholders of Guaranteed Notes USD 11,562,500.00 on the Interest Payment Date falling due on April 10, 2025.
The announcement added that the OIFL will pay an interest rate of 4.625 percent to Noteholders of the USD 500 million Guaranteed Notes due on October 10, 2034.
OIFL will also pay Noteholders of Guaranteed Notes USD 18,750,000.00 on the Interest Payment Date falling due on April 21, 2025.
The announcement added that the OIFL will pay an interest rate of 5 percent to Noteholders of the USD 750 million Guaranteed Notes due on October 19, 2025. (QNA)
