Minister of State for Energy Meets Iranian, Algerian, Libyan, and Mauritanian Counterparts

Doha, October 22 (QNA) - HE Minister of State for Energy Affairs Eng. Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi held separate meetings Wednesday with HE Minister of Oil of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mohsen Paknejad; HE Minister of Energy and Mines of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria Mohamed Arkab; HE Minister of Oil and Gas of the Government of National Unity of the State of Libya Khalifa Abdul Sadiq; and HE Minister of Energy and Petroleum of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania Mohamed Ould Khaled.
The meetings, held on the sidelines of the Ministerial Meeting of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) in Doha, focused on bilateral relations and energy cooperation between Qatar and Iran, Algeria, Libya, and Mauritania, as well as ways to enhance them and a number of issues related to the Forum's agenda.
