Medicare Group Profits Decrease by 8.59 Percent in 2024

Doha, February 24 (QNA) - The net profits of the Medicare Group Company (a Qatari public shareholding company) decreased by 8.59 percent in 2024 to reach QR 60.056 million , compared to QR 65.700 million in 2023.

Data issued by the Group and published on the Qatar Stock Exchange website Monday showed a decrease in the return on the share to reach QR 0.21 riyals in the period ending on December 31, 2024, compared to earnings per share of QR 0.23 Qatari for the same period of the previous year.

The Board of Directors decided to submit a recommendation to the Ordinary General Assembly to distribute cash dividends of 19.80 percent in cash of the nominal value of the share, ie QR 0.198 Qatari per share. (QNA)
