Investment and Trade Court Holds 1st Virtual Session

Doha, July 08 (QNA) - The Investment and Trade Court held its first virtual session on Tuesday, part of efforts to promote the use of modern technologies in supporting the virtual litigation system and streamlining judicial procedures.

HE Deputy Chief Justice at the Court of First Instance Judge Jassim Al Obaidan presided over the session, which served as a qualitative step towards enhancing digital litigation and facilitating parties' access to justice.

This comes in the context of the court's ongoing efforts to develop its digital services in line with the state's digital transformation goals, contributing to faster case resolution while ensuring efficiency and quality in judicial work. (QNA)
