Investment and Commerce Court Organizes Seminar on Cheque and Executive Bonds Provisions

Doha, March 18 (QNA) - The Investment and Commerce Court organized a specialized seminar titled the provisions of cheque and executive bonds under the enforcement law.

The seminar was attended by HE President of the Investment and Commerce Court Judge Khalid bin Ali Al Obaidly, HE president of the enforcement court Judge Dr. Ibrahim Hilal Al Mohannadi, and a number of judges and officials from the Supreme Judiciary Council.

The seminar addressed a range of topics related to the provisions of cheque and executive bonds, reviewing legal amendments and their impact on commercial transactions.

It also witnessed fruitful discussions among attendees, contributing to strengthening a shared understanding of the application of the law. (QNA)
