In line with its vision to anticipate future challenges and create a dynamic institutional environment, the Ministry of Interior, through the General Directorate of Happiness and the Innovation Center, hosted an Innovation Lab dedicated to exploring the future of the workplace and advancing gender balance.

The event brought together representatives from police sectors, general HQs, and various Ministry departments. Participants examined global trends shaping the future of work, identified evolving workplace needs, and explored strategies to promote gender balance and elevate wellbeing across the institution.

Central to the discussions was the role of advanced technologies and artificial intelligence in transforming organizational practices. Emphasis was placed on leveraging these tools to increase efficiency, enhance flexibility, and sustain the Ministry’s pursuit of excellence and leadership in the security sector.

The Lab also reviewed operational performance indicators, ensuring their alignment with the Ministry’s strategic objectives. This step is designed to strengthen institutional readiness, enabling the Ministry to adapt swiftly to future developments while achieving maximum effectiveness.
