The Saudi Ministry of Health, through Seha Virtual Hospital, has launched a comprehensive package of digital medical consultation services for pilgrims during the 1446 AH Hajj season. This initiative aims to provide seamless, around-the-clock access to healthcare services from any location, aligning with the objectives of the Health Sector Transformation Program and the Pilgrim Experience Program, both integral to Saudi Vision 2030. The goal is to enhance quality of life and ensure safe, integrated, and high-quality medical care for pilgrims.

The hospital offers 24/7 on-demand consultations via the unified call center (937), the Sehhaty mobile application, and the X platform. Services are available in seven languages: Arabic, English, French, Turkish, Persian, Urdu, and Indonesian, enabling inclusive and flexible communication with pilgrims from diverse national backgrounds.

Pilgrims can choose between audio, video, or text consultations, and can also upload medical reports or test results. When necessary, electronic prescriptions can be issued. The app allows registration using the border number, providing a streamlined and fully digital healthcare experience.

Seha Virtual Hospital also supports more than 300 permanent and temporary health centers across Makkah and Madinah, in addition to mobile clinics and Hajj campaign facilities. Through the “Consult Plus" service—available in Arabic and English—medical teams on the ground receive immediate expert consultations that assist in clinical decision-making and help elevate the quality of care provided to pilgrims.

This initiative is part of the Ministry's broader commitment to advancing digital health solutions and enhancing healthcare services for pilgrims, using modern technology to ensure rapid response and world-class medical care throughout the Hajj season.
