Job Title : Temporary Staff – Booster Program
Duration : 6 months – from 1st of June to 30th of November 2025
Location : Riyadh and possible move in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Program Overview :

The Booster Program is an acceleration program dedicated to French companies seeking to expand in Saudi Arabia. It aims to support these companies in their market entry and growth by providing strategic resources, networking opportunities, and personalized follow-up.

Main Responsibilities :

Under the supervision of the program manager, the temporary staff will be responsible for :
1. Event Management :
• Organize and coordinate events (webinars, workshops, conferences) for participating companies.
• Handle event logistics (venue reservations, invitations, registration tracking).
2. B2B Meetings :
• Schedule and coordinate B2B meetings between French companies and Saudi partners.
• Ensure follow-up on meetings and exchanges between stakeholders.
3. Program Management :
• Monitor the progress of participating companies and provide regular reports.
• Coordinate between different stakeholders (companies, partners, sponsors) and ensure smooth communication.
4. Administrative Support :
• Assist in preparing administrative documents and contracts
5. Coordination and logistics :
• Supporting the organization of events, webinars, and mentoring sessions (reservations, logistics, participant follow-up, etc.).
6. Communication and promotion :
• Contributing to the drafting of communication materials (newsletters, social media posts, presentation materials).
7. Market research and reporting :
• Analyzing trends in the Saudi market and sector opportunities, preparing reports on program progress, and providing recommendations.
8. Support for participating companies :
• Assisting with networking with local stakeholders, tracking startups’ needs, and reporting on interactions.

Profile Sought :

• Higher education in business, international relations, innovation, or any relevant field.
• Interest in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and business internationalization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English (French is a plus).
• Proficiency in digital and office tools (Microsoft Office, Canva, project management tools, etc.).
• Initiative and autonomy.

Terms and Conditions :

• Compensation : 10 000 SAR
• Working hours : full time from 9am to 5pm included lunch break
• National ID or IQAMA mandatory
