This is a reminder that the UAE Federal Tax Authority issued Decision No. 3 of 2024 - effective from 1 March 2024, stipulating the deadlines for Companies to be registered for Corporate Tax.
If you were issued a business license before 1 March 2024, in the months of October or November, irrespective of the year of issuance, your deadline is 30 November 2024 for submitting a Corporate Tax Registration application.
Additionally, if your company was incorporated on/after 1 March 2024, you have three (3) months from incorporation date, to register.
Those who fail to register will face a fine of AED 10,000.
